    noun:- a flashily dressed young man, or a lout.

    noun:- a traditional way of raising money for charity by selling Lamingtons. Similar the Brownies selling cookies in America. However, these days fund raising is done by selling manufactured chocolate and the likes which doesn't seem to have the same feeling.
